Please arrive on time for your appointment, to ensure the quality and special time that you deserve. Our goal is to provide a soothing solution...for a stressful world!
Because our spa services are reserved specially for you, Eccentric's appreciates and requires a 24-hour cancellation notice. For "no shows" or last-minute cancellations, 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card. To reserve an appointment for a spa treatment or other specific service, a credit card is required. If there are three consecutive cancellations, a credit card deposit will be required to schedule the next appointment.
Tuesday 10 AM to 6 PM
Wednesday - Friday 10 AM to 8 PM
Saturday 7 AM to 3 PM
Closed Sundays and Mondays
For everyone's ultimate spa relaxation and enjoyment, we do not allow children in the salon unless they are receiving a salon service.
For everyone's health and wellness, we offer a non-smoking environment. Please no food or drinks. Water and lemonade will be provided.
We ask that you kindly turn off your cellular telephones during your spa services so that you and those around you can be totally relaxed and rejuvenated.
We offer a complete array of professional haircare, skincare and beauty care products.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as personal checks.
Because of the experience and availability of our hair designers, we offer you the option of several different types of salon professionals.
Gratuities are not included in the price of any Eccentric's Hair Spa service and are greatly appreciated. We are not able to accept tips on credit cards. Tipping envelopes are provided at the front desk for your convenience. We recommend the following: Good service. 15% of the total bill, Exceptional service: 20%, Shampoo: $1 to $2.
Eccentric's gift cards and certificates are available for any desired dollar amount, service, product, or spa package throughout the year. They must be redeemed within one year from the date of issue. Gift cards and certificates are non-refundable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. They can also be purchased online.
At Eccentric's, we are pleased to present special programs and lecture-demonstrations, as well as discount programs for large gift certificate purchases by your
organization. Please call for more information.
